This new type of speculum enables a wide visualization of the cervix and an excellent access to it. Recommended for hysterography. Instrumentation can be introduced before the speculum. This instrument comes as standard 2 sizes and also with Smoke Evacuator facility.

Simms type 302/ Curette 401B

These instruments were developed in Sweden in 1965 to aid the detection of pre-stage uterine cancer. The speculum as well as the depressor (401B) are equipped with two sizes on the one instrument in order to suite women of all ages. The speculum is inserted vertically and turned 90 degrees. The exposure field is opened by depressing the instrument downwards. The depressor is used to for removing tissue. The two instruments (301 & 401B) lock together to give a full view of the exposure field.

Fergusson type 303/1, 303/2

An ideal Vaginal Speculum for use in surgery. This instrument comes in two sizes and is constructed from soft white polyprop to give visual qualities in use.

The 303A has the more traditional ratchet locking adjustment and the 303B has a silent adjustment system
